For my Father, For China

Yes, I take terrible Photos! Hehe, Anyhow , this piece was too large to scan. I hope to have my photographer sister take a better image of the FULL picture soon.
What you see here, its only part of the image, there is a Chinese lattice border in black and red, one half of which you can see and also, the floor down past her feet.
this image is a commission piece based on the Chinese Legend of Mulan, the young woman who disguised herself in order to fight in the war for China instead of her ailing father.
